HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• In general, orders typically process within 2-3 days and transit time is about 4-6 business days.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

• Besides, www.oxygenconcentratordepot.co cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?
Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have man-made damage.

• You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at support@oxygenconcentratordepot.co
• You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS IN TIME?
In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 30 days. Please contact support@oxygenconcentratordepot.co and we will deal with it immediately.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

• Our checkout page only accepts Paypal as forms of payment.
• You can connect your credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION?

• If a prescription is required for an item in your shopping cart, the system will inform you of requirement.
• If the system doesn't inform you , you can buy the item without doctor's prescription.

CAN I USE MY MEDICARE?

• Unfortunately, we do not work with insurance companies/providers.
• There is an option to pay out of pocket and have your insurer reimburse you. However, you need to contact them directly and make sure this is an option for you.

DOES THE MACHINE HAVE WARRANTY?

• All of our products are one-year warranty.

HOW TO MODIFY THE ORDER INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

• If you need to replace / add / reduce order products, or modify the delivery address, contact information, etc., please contact us by email before it is shipped.
